Erica Priggen Wright is an award-winning narrative strategist and communications leader with 15+ years of experience helping sustainability, advocacy, health equity, and social impact organizations clarify their story, strengthen their voice, and move audiences from understanding to action.

She works at the intersection of systems thinking, narrative strategy, and conceptual design, helping organizations see their work in a larger frame and communicate from that frame with clarity and purpose. She develops unified messaging frameworks, directs multi-channel storytelling, and builds brand governance systems that help organizations show up with consistency and confidence over time.

Her award-winning creative and communications work includes The Story of Stuff and related “Story of…” series, the Alliance for Climate Education, Humane World for Animals, and Autodesk, and has been exhibited at the Cooper Hewitt Design Triennial. She has co-led mission-driven creative agencies, creatively directing high-impact multimedia campaigns reaching global audiences.

She holds a Master's degree in Consciousness Studies, is a certified mediator, and has served as a court-appointed special advocate for foster youth, and foster parent.

As Director of Narrative Strategy for OneEarth Living, she brings strategic rigor, creative clarity, and genuine empathy to every engagement, combined with a belief that when people see and feel more clearly, they can act more powerfully.
